Ceremonies transform what could be mundane into EXTRAORDINARY by infusing it with spirit.  That’s why I’m so excited to announce that my Winter Solstice program this year is so much more than a workshop….its a CEREMONY.

From the moment you gather in our sacred circle in silence, you’ll begin to feel your tension and cares melt away.  You’re home….you can relax.  

Here’s what you can expect at the Winter Solstice Silent Ceremony:

• A Four Directions Ritual (often used in ceremony by the Native Americans) that honors Nature’s cycles.

• A guided meditation that ushers warmth and Light into Winter. 

• A contemplation that honors any challenges you may have faced in 2021.

• A celebration of YOU…. your flexibility, faith, love and courage as you found your way to a new normal in 2021. 

• A powerful Intention (unique to you) that infuses the coming year, 2022, with hope and prosperity.  

Once you register, you’ll receive suggested ideas (via email from kathie@kathiejaskolski.com) to prepare your practice space and your body so you get the most out of the ceremony.
